"I loved it very peaceful "

"The bed was comfortable but the fixtures and decor was rusty. The plugs did not work properly so we could not charge our devices. We were there from Friday to Monday and housekeeping never came to freshen up the room. When I inquired about it, the front desk clerk gave me trash bags to empty our own trash. Not to mention the room was not ready until after 4 pm. The hotel is in a good location but poorly kept. "

"First they are doing some kind of construction in hallway our room was nothing like the pictures on website it is by far the smallest room I have ever stayed in didnt even have any kind of closet space or dresser"

"Room 306 was sketchy as hell. The door was apparently previously kicked open so there was a huge open gap on the bottom corner of the door where it was kicked. Because of the gap, you could hear everything thats going all outside like if you were sleeping with the door open. There was also alot of gnats in the bathroom/ sink area."

"Extremely disappointed with this hotel! The elevator did not work, I was told it’s been out for several days with no plan to fix it anytime soon, both bathrooms in the lobby were out of order, so we could not use the bathroom while we were waiting to check in, it’s advertised to have a 24 hour fitness center, but that is false advertising as the fitness center is nonexistent as it is filled with furniture, the air conditioner is extremely loud and we couldn’t sleep, the floors above have zero insulation, we could hear every movement the person above us made. I went out for breakfast at 8:00am and there was NOTHING left. I was told it was “all gone” and then told “the cook didn’t make as much as they were supposed to” but by 8am there was no sign of any breakfast at all, it had already been completely “cleaned up” (leaving me to believe there was never any breakfast at all). Extremely disappointed, worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I travel the country monthly, we will never be back at that hotel, which is a shame because we make the trip to Semmes, Alabama several times per year to see family. Simply put, this hotel is NOT AS ADVERTISED. Save your money and stay somewhere else. "
