"Overall a nice hotel but very disappointed that I paid ahead of time for breakfast that should have been free. On the website it said there was a restaurant and breakfast was $10 per person. It was a self service breakfast with the basics and very poor quality. Nobody even asked for the ticket we were given when we checked in. I would say it was overpriced and lacked amenities."

"The hotel was beautiful. The staff was great to me helping me out with everything took me to the things I needed to go to for the funeral home and the funeral. They picked me up and I would say there and again in a heartbeat thank you so much."

"So when I booked this hotel as a pet friendly hotel, I was not informed that there was a $30 pet fee per pet! Outrageous plus a $50 refundable deposit I was informed when I checked in and did not have the monies on me to pay $140 for the pets! The receptionist said that’s fine. I will wave the fees and I hope I don’t get in trouble! All I had available was $38.94 which she took as the total then proceeded to tell the new receptionist that I did not pay! I am not happy! On top of that one of my dogs is a service dog that does not have to be notified that she’s a service dog. I was informed that my response to the question of.(WHAT TASK DOES YOUR SERVICE DOG PERFORM?) as I began to speak the morning management informed me that my response was not an ADA response! She would not let me speak to what the dog did. I was trying to let her know that my service dog alerts me when my oxygen is low, when I am about to have a panic attack, or my anxiety is increasing, all I got out was that she alerts me when my oxygen is low,! I was interrupted immediately and not able to finish speaking to inform her that for the oxygen she licks the back of my ear, and for the panic attacks and anxiety, she gets on me whether I’m standing or sitting and lanes towards me to calm my panic attacks or anxiety I will be calling the ADA to make sure what the appropriate response for a disabled handler to speak when I asked what task she performs! The management 06/04/26 no respect!!!."

"The 1st room we checked in reeked of cigaret smoke. We were moved to another room, which was much better. The room was clean! The only thing I would complain about is that the toilets need to be updated. We stay at this property often. My husband and I are not heavy individuals, but I have bad knees, and was suffering from sciatic nerve. My husband was in an auto accident and suffers in his back & legs. Using the restroom is always a challenge for us, because the toilets are so low. It's like trying to sit on the floor. This last visit, we had to purchase a riser for assistance. Outside of that, everything was pleasant. The staff are great!"
