We booked this with another family. Both rooms were absolutely filthy. Not expecting this to be the Ritz Carlton, but, $100 should atleast get you a room that appears and smells clean. The floor was sticky with a disgusting clear thick liquid in spots, there was a pill left in the room in the floor and leaves in the carpet. Obvious it wasn’t even vacuumed. Smelled like musky cigarettes. The manager tried to move us rooms, but that room was even worse. We did en up getting a full refund, the staff was absolutely nice and understanding. We have stayed at dozens of choice hotels, I’m a premier choice member, but this was the worse hotel we’ve been to in years.

Great staff. Manager Alan personally checked us in. I came to his office later with a small lighting issue just for his FYI. He was ready to go up to the room to look at the problem right away! Great breakfast. Front desk clerk was out checking on it regularly!

Manager, Alan, is very responsive to room issues. We couldn't get the TV remote to work. He quickly came up to troubleshoot and returned with fresh batteries for the remote! It is great to stay at a place where the staff really cares and invests themselves in the hotel and the guest experience.

Never got our room made up. They did not pick up trash left out and asked me to “bring it down.” The fridge froze our food. The air freshener was so overwhelming it was nauseating. The tub was so gross and rusted. The breakfast was gross. The peanut butter was separated and chunky. The waffles were grainy and tasted weird. The people were polite and nice though.
