"We had an amazing stay at the Podstine in July. The hotel is beauty, tucked away on the coast just a 20 minute walk from Hvar Town. The real gem of the hotel is the private beach, sunbeds and swimming area. The hotel staff are very attentive, helpful, and lovely to chat to at breakfast, at the beach bar and at check-in. Maya was lovely to speak with and while I waited for drinks at the bar! The dive centre next door was a big bonus too, as my partner was able to dive without having to get a taxi...

"Beautiful property inside and out. The views of the sea were better than expected. Room was comfortable if a little noisy being on the end near the bar/restaurant. As was the case with almost every place we stayed during our 3-week European holiday, there are no room-darkening blinds so recommend an eye mask if you're sensitive to early morning light. Breakfast was good and enjoyed from the back patio with those gorgeous views. We had a car and the property has a lot just a 5-10 minute walk up...
