Maravilla 4112 is in a family resort located in the Destin/South Walton resort area on Miramar Beach in the Florida Panhandle's Emerald Coast. in front of a Beach

This premier vacation resort is located on over 30 acre site with a huge private beach for guests.

Our unit is an extra convenient ground floor unit that is the closest unit to the pool and hot tub as well as clubhouse, fitness center, basketball court, tennis court and shuffleboard court. For those with children a convenient play area is right outside their patio.

Our private beach is only a few steps away and has free daily beach service including two chairs and umbrella imid-March-October 31st.

You can get away from the hustle and bustle of home at this relaxing paradise and still stay connected to the internet via wireless router

We had a great stay at this property! Clean condo, great amenities, good communication, and Convenient location that was a quick walk to the beach. My kids loved the bunk beds. The only negatives that we had were at no fault to the property owner but the walls were very thin and we could hear our upstairs neighbors very clearly all hours of the night. Would still stay here again!

We had an amazing time at this condo! It was clean, decorated nicely, close to the beach and pool, and easy to walk or drive to. The bed was extremely comfortable! The owner was wonderful! He was welcoming and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here when going to Miramar Beach!!

Loved our stay! Close to the beach and close to the pool. The chairs / umbrella service was so convenient! There was a wagon available to take to the beach as well as a couple of beach towels. The property was clean and set up very nice. No complaints.

The place was clean, and a great location. We were told by the guy in charge at the beach access that the umbrella & chairs are not included for our room number 4112 as the description stated. That was disappointing but we still enjoyed our stay.
