Seasonal beach service is included with your rental — two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach!

Sandpiper features lots of glass to let in natural light, double-wide hurricane doors first floor front (luggage friendly!) and second floor back, 10-foot ceilings on the first floor and 9 on the second which combine to give this Emerald coast gem a very spacious look & feel.

When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Don't forget about our water park, amusement parks, and our dozens of golf courses. Take a crew deep sea fishing or the kids to the Aquarium. Kick back and relax on one of our porches or balconies (there are two of each) or chill while the meal is cooking on the gas grill. With a no pets, no smoking vacation condo like Sandpiper (sorry, HOA rules), how can you go wrong?
