This condo was awesome! It was clean and had great views and spectacular balconies. It was newly renovated and everything looked nice. The only issue we had was the master bedroom got really warm. We had a great stay!

This condo was perfect for a family of 5+1 friend. Lots of space. 2 balconies that were great!!!! Everything was wonderful…the master bed is comfy, but it kinda sinks…just fyi… Will definitely go back!

This was our first time staying at Tops’L. It was wonderful!!! The condo was amazing! Looked like it was recently redone and they did a wonderful job. Very clean! Loved having extra fans in every room! The extra large corner balcony was the cherry on top! Beautiful views on the beach and pool! We will be back!

My family and I absolutely loved this condo! This was our first time staying at Tops’l and everything went perfect! The staff was so nice and polite! Even the security guards was more than helpful! My family enjoyed this lovely condo the week of Thanksgiving! Comfortable bedrooms, living area, and outdoor patios. Beautifully decorated and fully stocked. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner at the condo and had everything we needed. It was a quiet time at TOPS'L that week so was easy to get around and park. Love Destin and all the options for restaurants and shops around. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Loved the two pools and short walk to the beach. The balconies and view of the ocean were so nice. The kids had an amazing time and always had so many things to do. The pool and amenities at the fitness club were great as well. We had a few issues that needed fixing and a repair person was sent out the same day after we checked in at the Vacasa desk. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow! This condo was awesome. It was decorated beautiful, the beds were so soft and comfy (best bed I have ever had on vacation). The huge patio was perfect since it was a little too chilly to lay out on the beach. This was probably the cleanest unit we have ever stayed at in all our years coming down here. I can’t say enough good things about this trip. This condo won’t disappoint!

This was by far our best stay in Destin! We are a family of 5 with adult kids, and we were very comfortable. We loved everything about this unit. The location, the views, the beautiful condo, the terrace, the amenities, and the excellent Vacasa service. We will definitely return to this specific condo. They deserve our highest recommendation.

Very nice condo with everything we needed - beautifully updated yet comfortable (and super comfy beds!). All appliances were surprisingly quiet. 2 balconies was convenient - 1 large enough for everyone to hang out & great for days/times you want to enjoy the beach without being in the sand. Location of the building can’t be beat - yards from the sand, and just before the private homes, so much less crowded on the beach itself but close to everything you need (shopping & restaurants). Highly recommend!!
