Costa Del Sol C5 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Welcome to paradise! Costa del Sol C5 is one of the few vacation homes in Destin with three private decks right on the beach. The top balcony creates a sunny escape for two lovebirds while the middle deck is great for entertaining since it is accessible from the main living areas. Complete with outdoor furniture and a grill, these are the beginnings of an epic cookout on the beach. The bottom deck is attached to a completely separate and adorable apartment just waiting to provide some quiet time for a stressed out couple. This bottom level also connects to a boardwalk and stairs right over the soft white sand.

It would be hard to find a vacation home closer to the aqua waters of the Gulf and with all this space for the whole gang! Moreover the caring owners have done an excellent job with the décor and furnishings. Calming neutral shades combined with beautiful beach paintings and accouterments echo the serenity of the Emerald Coast. Plus, the location in Miramar Beach is one to be envied with shops, Golf courses and restaurants within walking distance!

* Guest Bedroom with Queen bed must be accessed by going out back door then down to the beach level.

Per Homeowner Association rules; absolutely no tents or canopies are allowed on the beach.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Quiet slice of beach

We absolutely loved staying here. Being able to right walk out to your private deeded beach with umbrella and chairs was the best thing. This is the second time we've stayed in this complex. The condo was spacious and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. The bottom floor was great for our teenagers. I would say that there was a damp smell when we first came in, but once we turned on the dehumidifier, the smell went away. We will definitely come back!

Great property in a great location

This is one of the best locations in Miramar Beach. Right on the beach. No need to leave the property all day long. Everything was so easy.

Great place BUT…

Lovely place but I won’t be back. There was a homeowner letting her unleashed pitbull roam around on our deck and around my young children. Not ok!

Beach front getaway

We literally walked out the back door to the beach. Everything we needed was there. It was nice access to shops and restaurants. We will definitely use them again.

Nice location but cleanliness and smell not worth price

Every little while a sewer odor will fill the condo. Location is good but felt like you were staying in substandard facilities due to smell and cleanliness.

Great location! Loved board walk and beachfront! We were never able to work the bedroom tvs. Problem with tvs in all 3 bldgs—we had 4 units. Should let fams know that no inside entrance to top 2 floors from bottom floor. Really need new skillets. Had a wonderful trip with 27 folks!

Nice Location

The location on the beach is fantastic and convenient to daily beach trips and walks. However, the condo needs some serious updating and deep cleaning. The kitchen utensils are in poor condition, coffee maker is suffering, the furniture is dilapidated, the floor in the master is sloping down and I am afraid it will slide off the back of the building, the apartment downstairs was not clean and the red chairs are filthy. Again, nice location, but I would stay at one of the adjoining condos since they are in much nicer condition.

Beachside gem

This condo is a gem! Hard to find 3 bedroom with no bunk beds. The ground floor is a private apartment that has its own entrance off the deck. Steps away from the beach for quick close access. The only down side was the downstairs had a smell due to moisture build up in the rug and the shower was a little dirty. The smell was easily fixed with a little febreeze. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect beach views!

Stayed here during a business trip and I absolutely loved sitting on the patio drinking coffee each morning. Property was well kept up and easy access to the beach. I would absolutely say here again.

Amazing

We loved staying in C5!!! Great location, awesome beach! We loved to walk down to Pompano Joe’s for lunch, ice cream across the street. Beach toys, boogie boards, extra chairs were a good surprise. Friendly neighbors! Will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Great experience 5 stars

Had a great time, had a call 1st day saying we were having a party. That was not true. There were kids in front of our condo playing football on the beach and someone assumed they were with us and they were not. No one came and spoke to us. Just called the owner and ASSUMED they were with us. No one was in the condo unless staying there

This unit is extremely close to beach (12 steps to our provided chairs). The unit could use some updates on decor and kitchen essentials highly recommend some new skillets. The balcony was great. We enjoyed having a grill right on our own porch. The traffic is pretty crazy in this area, but there is a cut through road that helps. Also liked you could walk to Beach Resturant Pompano Joe's that was great for Happy Hour!

We loved that you could drive right in, no high rises around you and not so congested with people..Easy access to the beach and pretty private. Love this place!

We will be back!

We go to the beach every year. After staying here we will never rent off the beach ever again. We were on a private beach and by private there was no one in front or behind us. Our spot was directly InFront if our townhouse. The beach chairs and umbrella set up every morning was a plus. Looking on both sides of us and seeing how packed the beach was, while our area wasn’t crowded at all, was great. That was the best part of the vacation. The bottom floor had a hose and shower station to spray down after the beach which was great! The balconies on each level was great also. The place Only two parking spots but we parked at the public parking nearby with no issues. Only issue that occurred in this area were some car break ins. Lock your doors. People were pullIng on door handles looking for unlocked cars to rob. The bottom of the check in paper states the owner and property management Are not responsible for things like this. No cameras. I think if you lock your door it’ll be fine. This wasn’t the only parking lot that was hit up by the thieves.

Somewhat disappointed

I've rented condos/homes in the Destin area for the past 10 years so I'm pretty familiar with the area and rental experience. The location of property was good. When we arrived, the separate living quarters on the ground level reeked of cigarettes. Called the property service immediately and they brought over a air purifier but the stench never really went away. It caused a bit of a disruption in how we handled sleeping quarters for everyone. Still hoping that the property owner will consider a partial refund. Also, with the extra fees we paid for 'COVID' cleaning, i expected the unit to be pretty spotless. But there were parts of the home that still needed some attention, particularly the kitchen. Found a pair of undergarments in the master bedroom drawer that didn't belong to anyone in our family. We re-sanitized throughout the house just to be safe. There is a charcoal grill onsite but doesn't look like its been cleaned in a while. Thank goodness we brought a separate electric grill. The upstars living quarters was pretty clean and updated. Beautiful view of the gulf from the master bdrm.

Father's Day Getaway

Great way to spend father's day weekend with the kids. Convenience to the beach and associated privacy can't be beat. Only downside was that proximity of neighbors on the three patios lacked privacy, but didn't detract from an overall great experience.
