"My check in process was quick. The front desk staff was kind and engaging. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. I was right across from the ice machine and I was worried I would hear it being used all night. The rooms are very well sound proofed. Highly recommend this property. "
"The customer service that we were provided during our 2 day stay. Nicole who checked is abd helped us with numerous issues given we are seniors and technology impaired. Lol. Special thanks to the maintenance man (tall with ponytail) and manager who helped us on 2nd day of our stay. Neglected to grt their names so y apologies. Was able to maneuver wheel chair in room. "We decided to stay in town during a day trip and they accepted our reservation last minute and greeted us. The home was beautiful, clean and the lake was private and quiet. Check out is noon so we were able to enjoy the amenities. We loved the use if their huge deck for sunbathing , kayaks and lily pad. Their breakfast of muffin quiche, baked goods, and other snacks was amazing. The hosts were fun and upbeat. We can’t wait to plan our next stay. "
