"When I arrived I was greeted by a very sweet old lady and man. They showed me to my room with so much kindness. I could feel the love. My room has strong air conditioning (very important during summer) I was served an incredible dinner in a private room and I enjoyed a bath. A young man spoke very good English to me and suggested I wake up at 5am to watch the monks chant. I did and loved it. They served me an amazing breakfast the next day and I left. "The staff was very helpful and cheerful. Food was excellent service was impeccable. The onsen was clean and serene. Took a very cool bike ride around the lake. Saw a real live deer. In the morning, Mount Fuji looked awesome. The views are unbelievable."
