"When checking in the person checking us in did not speck English well. The system was down so she was having trouble checking us in because she did not understand what to do. Then we was sent to a villa with a key. When we got there someone else was already in the villa. We had to go back to check in to get a different villa and after an hour we finally got another key for a different villa.
The villa could needed somethings fixed shower head leaking,mattress on pull out couch was shot,it was in need to be replaced. Dirt was accumulating in corners."
