I normally do not do reviews because I know inconvenient things happen but I should have done more research before booking this hotel. AVOID this place!! First there was no warning about the extreme construction issues in the city. it took me almost 30 minutes of driving in circles to find the building. There was no warning about the parking. The only nearby option was a $10 per day (somewhat sketchy) parking lot.
My biggest issue was the almost $600 charge on my bank account by Sonder that was explained to me as a "glitch" with the system. They tried me telling me it was not them that it was Expedia but it was CLEARLY Sonder that charged me. After several emails and phone calls they confirmed the mistake then told me that it could take 7-10 days for me to get a refund. I did receive my refund but it was not until the next day after I got home.
The halls of the building and room had a weird smell. The thermostat barely worked, and there was no vent in the bathroom. I will never book one of these places again!
