"We love staying in Seda beacuse of the convenience being in the center of the city, accessible to mall and restaurants. Staff are warm and helpful. Breakfast buffet options need to improve."

"The staff and supporting cast are well supported and offer top tier customer service. The property is professionally run and maintained, they are friendly, knowledgable and are there to ensure the most pleasant customer experience! There are numerous properties in the general vicinity that you could stay, but few will offer the rewarding amenities and friendly staff to provide the. The property is centrally located next to the Centrio mall, numerous grocery stores and eateries. So you are close to any needs or wants that may arise. Also worth mentioning is the top rated breakfast that is served daily. Enormous variety of entrees, some are cooked to order. Kudos to the hard working morning staff!! We traveled with small children and would recommend this property to all families."
Grand Palace Hotel Butuan

"We came in from the south along the bypass and had a little trouble finding the hotel but luckily with the aid of Google maps we were able to find it in the end and once there it was well worth the stay. The check-in was smooth and quick with the staff welcoming and friendly and we were soon taken to our room by the porter. It was a big surprise to see our room, it was a very big room with twin beds and a large lounge suite and also a writing desk which was handy for my laptop. The bathroom was also large with a full bath and separate shower and large basin set and vanity. The aircon was an older style in the wall unit but it worked well and kept the room nice and cool and the beds were very comfortable for the three of us, two adults and a child. One small defect was the WiFi which was quite slow around 2.5mbps and didn't allow much streaming but not a huge problem for us. I'm not sure if there is an in-house restaurant as we had delivered food but there is breakfast available which we had next morning. Our one-night stay was excellent and we will surely stay there in future overnight visits to Butuan."

"Centrally located well kempt property with attentive staff, good food at the restaurant, and a knowledgeable bar tender. I've stayed at a few of the nicer hotels in Siargao and this is a top pick. On site motor bike rental was convenient, and they have a decent spa for massage."

"Lovely place and incredible pool. Staff was very helpful. Very large facility and isolated from other things to do outside of resort. Need to take Tuktuks or taxis everywhere. Hotel was able to arrange transportation with very helpful driver/guide."
