The property , the staff, and the amenities were all terrific. However, on two different occasions( one while I was in the airport en route to the property) Hampton Inn's records of the dates of my stay were completely wrong, and Expedia had to intervene on my behalf, otherwise I would have been out on the street! Something is not working in the communication between Hampton Inn and Expedia. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I am grateful to Expedia for advocating for me and making sure I was taken care of. If you do book this hotel, I would triple check to make sure they have the same dates that you requested on record. Otherwise, you could be in for some panicked moments.
