Room was neglected. Stayed there for a few nights (3 total) and housekeeping never came to change the sheets or take out our trash. We had to request for extra towels because it was never changed either. Our hair dryer in the closet was sticky, gross, and had someone’s leftover hair. The rooms could have been cleaned a bit better, there were dead bugs by the air conditioner/vent. When we checked in, the front desk did not check our ID and reservation correctly leading to my sister (separate reservation) having to pay twice and deal with the confusion of payment.
