Pool was nice. Rooms clean. Beds are small. No drain trap in bathroom sink made me nervous. They actually cleaned our room after the very first night. "Our weekend stay at the Waypoint was great. Everything was nicely renovated and clean! We appreciated the staff and their commitment to making our stay a great experience. We were able to walk to the Rehoboth boardwalk, but they also provided a shuttle service. In addition to this, we appreciated the ice machine designed for water bottles. We would definitely stay here again!"

If you plan on going to Dover Motor Speedway, this is a great place to stay, less than a half hour away.
If you want to go to the beach, Slaughter Beach is only 15 minutes away.
