Extremely disappointing stay. This 3-star hotel charges three times the standard rate, yet delivers far below average service. The hotel was severely understaffed — we saw maybe five people running the entire operation, covering reception, housekeeping, and maintenance. Unsurprisingly, service was slow and unprofessional. One staff member looked like he belonged anywhere but hospitality, and the daytime receptionist had zero people skills — not someone who should be front-facing with guests.
The amenities were a letdown. The pool was constantly “under maintenance” and never open during posted hours. The treadmill was broken, and the washing machine was out of order. Guests were even asked to bring down their own dirty towels, instead of housekeeping handling them. When we asked for a 10-minute early check-in, we were told no — despite cleaners still being in nearly every room.
The only positive was the breakfast. The kitchen staff worked hard to keep things clean and well-stocked, and their effort was appreciated. But it wasn’t enough to make up for everything else.
Overall, this hotel is overpriced and poorly run. With broken amenities, a lack of basic hospitality, and overworked staff who couldn’t keep up, it’s not worth the money. Would not recommend, unless it’s your only option — and even then, manage your expectations.
