la taille de la chambre était ridiculement petite pour le prix payé et la gamme j'ai payé 200€/nuit alors que la plaquette de l'hotel annonce 140€ pour la chambre Superior que j'ai réservé !!!!

Very friendly and attentive staff. Hotel is very nice and rooms are good quality. This is my third time staying here and I will be back. Great neighborhood and only about 12 minute walk to the Cadorna train station.

Very nice hotel

The hotel was very nice, clean, well managed and the staff was nice and sweet. The location is very good. The feeling is warm since the hotel is different from others where they seems huge and no soul.

They gave me a room next to front desk at lobby with handicap bathroom! No bathtub! The window opened to a very crappy back yard! I felt insulted and frustrated after I complained and they didn’t do anything about it at all! Zero effort! They blamed it on Expedia not exposing the room! Had to block my credit card since they were charging me for stuff without my permission! Terrible nasty breakfast! I will never ever go back there and give them a 1 star!

Não houve reposição do café cortesia no quarto. Na primeira diária foi oferecido um upgrade no valor de 15 euros, gostei, resolvi estender a permanência, aí me cobraram 150 euros nos três dias que fiquei a mais, me senti enganado. Sem café da manhã com uma diária de 180 euros, Resolvi sair e ir para um outro 5 estrelas, com café da manhã, SPA, lounge, quarto suite Júnior por 148 euros a diária. O que salva no hotel é o atendimento da recepcionista Lisa, extremamente cortês, simpática e agradável.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was excellent with everything at your doorstep. Lisa at front desk was amazing with tips for local restaurants, sights to see and general information always with a smile, enthusiasm and passion. Nothing was too much to ask from anyone at the Hotel.

City break in Milan - the staff is excellent but

It is not a 5 star hotel. The room was nice sized and comfortable for an urban hotel. The proximity to the metro and surrounding attractions was perfect. However, the wifi is spotty at best and unusable at times with connectivity dropping frequently. I had several issues using skype (audio only) for conference calls. Also the hotel lists an airport shuttle but it is they type of shuttle that stops at many, many locations not one that belongs to the property. If you have a very early flight do not expect to use the shuttle expect to hire a car or if possible take the train. Extra charges for things like water are not typical of 5 star hotels that I have stayed in. All in all, it is nice but over priced.

Insomma... buona la zona, camera minuscola

Ottimo servizio e attenzione al cliente, ma ho pagato 170 euro una camera piccolissima a piano terra... non un trattamento da 5 stelle decisamente. Aggiungo che il parcheggio è a pagamento e a 5 minuti di distanza. La doccia era con il telo tipo campeggio (no vetro, no plexiglass) anche poco igienico...

Room 104, there were noises coming from the street. The rail path it's soo close that it seems to sleep in a rail stop. It was impossible to sleep.
