The hotel staff were all smiling, and I had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was also delicious. This was my first time staying in Milan, and the hotel's location was very convenient. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Milan in the future. I would like to thank the hotel staff for their warm welcome.

The reception staff were excellent in helping out wherever they could. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was good, we got it to go on 2 occasions where we had early morning tours. The location is great, 20 min walk to the Duomo and the same for the train station. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was wonderful and super helpful. Rooms were clean and breakfast had food selection. Quiet in the rooms. Slept well. I found bed to be too firm for myself but my husband liked it. My daughters also felt it was too firm. Location was great for walking to the sites.

I was delighted by my room. I loved the outdoor terrace, the comfy bed and compact bathroom. It was perfect. Breakfast was a very high standard. Staff were delightful, helpful and gracious. The hotel is really convenient for the metro and Malpensa Express. The area is lovely and full of restaurants, gelato shops, cafes, shops. etc. and is safe and busy. Perfect for a solo traveller.

This facility provides both a wonderfully designed and engineered hotel room (air conditioning) along with a great location 100 yards away from the Moscova metro stops. There are plenty of attractions nearby along with great places to eat and drink. The staff was very helpful with recommendations. I had a room on the top floor which had French doors that allowed easy access to the outside, even in the bathroom. The breakfast was weak (overcooked scrambled eggs and undercooked bacon) but that's true almost everywhere in Europe.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We especially want to thank Max at the front desk, who helped us when we arrived at the hotel very late. He was incredibly kind and even heated our food for us—such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel is in the best area, and we will definitely be back!
