Our stay at Crossing Manzoni was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, the room was stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt both elegant and relaxing.
There is no breakfast service, but instead they provide a complimentary snack and drink corner for guests, with sweets and beverages available throughout the day. We actually found this very convenient and enjoyed being able to help ourselves whenever we wanted.
The staff were also very kind and helpful, and everything about our stay felt smooth and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Milan.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night.
The location was convenient, making it easy to get to nearby restaurants and attractions. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay.
One of the best stays I’ve had in Italy. The staff were extremely helpful and they had an amazing room. I had a nice steam bath and the bed was so comfy!
Sean was very professional and attentive to any need we had. He provided great information on local venues, restaurants, and was very informative and helpful. The location was perfect for us, a five minute walk to the Milan Duomo, Monte Napoleone and Theatre alla Scalla. Perfect place to stay in Milan and perfect staff.
We loved Crossing Manzoni. Property is clean, comfortable, updated, and attractive with many nice amenities. Excellent location, and I was particularly impressed with the service and communication. Check-in and check out, plus assistance with transportation to the airport, was easy. Every interaction was kind and professional. So glad we stayed here and I’d love to return.
We had an amazing experience. The service is fantastic (they take very good care of their guests), the rooms are very nice, and the location is excellent - central and close to key landmarks (and the hotel is located in a quiet, private street which is a plus). We’re definitively going back.
My husband and I were traveling to Milan for one night for a concert. I will say, the location of Crossing Manzoni is elite. It took us a minute to find because it’s not a true hotel, it’s more of a glorified Airbnb. For what we needed it for it worked perfectly. Great location, amazing service from Sean, and great little perks. Free beverages, snacks, etc. I do enjoy the little luxuries of a hotel, and the fact that it is more of a glorified Airbnb meant you heard every time people were talking outside. Another down side is that only 1 key is provided. It’s not a hotel key, it’s a legit apartment key. One time my husband left the room before me and I was locked in until he returned 10 minutes later. It wasn’t crazy but something to consider if you plan on ever leaving property without the people you’ve traveled with. Now, Sean is there from 8-5 when the hotel is open, but on weekends (when we were there) the gate outside is locked, so someone will always need a key.
Anyways, given these, I would still rate the hotel 5/5 because of the experience and location. Also the rooms are beautifully designed. Very clean.
Crossing Manzoni is a fantastic place stay in the centre of Milan. Only 5 minutes walk from the Duomo and close to metro and tram lines in the city.
The room was absolutely fantastic, contemporary look without compromising on comfort. The most comfortable bed and bedding I've experienced in any place away from home. The shower room was wonderful and lovely products available to use. We were also fortunate enough to have a walk in wardrobe. Espresso machine, milk frother and mini bar are available to use thoughout your stay which is an absolutely fantastic bonus.
But most importantly Sean and Max were both amazing, we got a tour of the reception areas and the controls within our room. They are always on hand should you need any help with your apartment or outwith l, Sean organised a wonderful dinner reservation for us in Milan on a busy Saturday night.
Thank you Sean and Max, I would highly recommend Crossing Manzoni to anyone planning a trip to Milan.
We stayed for one night on our way to the airport. The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were excellent and perfect for a family. Sean and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout … I would definitely recommend the hotel for a family
This is the new place to stay in Milan. As soon as I made my booking I received a message from Sean on the front desk who remained in contact until my arrival. The property is perfectly located, beautifully decorated with a very clean and contemporary yet warm feel. It feels like a small hotel without all the things you often don’t need from a hotel anyway!! Thank you Sean for such attentive service.
crossing manzoni its NOT HOTEL
BETTER TO SAY ITS 3 BED ROOM APARTEMNT
NO LOBBY
AND AFTER 6PM YOU MUST GO AROUND WITH KEY IN YOU PACKET AND HARD TO GET BACK BECUSE NO ONE CAN HELP YOU
Sehr geschmackvolles Hotel in allerbester Lage.
