"The staff are amazingly helpful, polite and friendly. They made us feel incredibly welcome despite our very late arrival. The waterhole, good and service are great and this has been our experience in Kenya so far. Love the overnight buzzer system which alerts you based on number of buzzes as to which animals have arrived at the waterhole The Ark needs new windows and the shower takes a while to warm up. It is cozy though with the big log fire and the thoughtful provision of hot water bottles...

"Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. "Malgré l'accueil et la grande gentillesse du personnel, il y a 2 fausses notes : J'avais téléphoné 5 fois depuis Paris pour réserver un jeep pour faire un safari le lendemain. On a pas pris en considération ma demande J ai été obligée de rester jusqu'à minuit à la réception pour trouver une jeep. Et le lendemain matin, ce n'était pas une jeep qui est arrivée , mais un van ! Ensuite, la réception ne répond jamais au téléphone quand on appelle d une chambre Il faut se déplacer...
