"Loved our stay at this hotel! We were given a surprise free upgrade to a suite, which was extremely comfortable and spacious. Friendly staff, everything is spotlessly clean and great touches like the filtered water machine on each floor. It’s in a great location between the old town and Kazimierz, easily walkable to both, and on direct train line from the airport. Would definitely recommend."

"A genuinely brilliant hotel, spotless, friendly staff and a good location. The main square is about a 20 minute walk and the Jewish Quarter is only a 10 minute walk. The breakfast was superb! When we checked in, we told staff that we had a trip booked and had to leave early one morning. We were told that we could order a breakfast bag to pick up from reception to take with us. It was a lovely touch and all fresh and healthy ingredients. The spa is great too. I would 100% stay again."

"Very nice apartment, very clean with a lot of space. Close to city center, walking distances to main amenities. The only down thing is that the sofabed the matress was too hard and a bit uncomfortable. The double bed otherwise was very comfy."

"While the hotel is in a slightly out-of-the-way place (although literally across the plaza from one of the main shopping malls in Krakow), the hotel itself was the nicest hotel I stayed at in my three week trip to Poland. Highly recommend and I will certainly be staying here on my next trip to Krakow!"

"The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and were able to orient me in the city. The garden area near the lobby was pretty nice, but the rooms were stylish, clean, and comfortable. I did hear a little bit from the tram that was directly under my room, but it was overall a very nice hotel. I would stay there again if I were in Krakow."

"I wish I never had to leave this amazing hotel and city! The entire staff at this hotel was so kind and lovely; helping me before I even got there with booking day trips and car service from the airport. They helped with my lost luggage and countless other questions I had. The breakfast was yummy and the staff there was so efficient, making sure everything was fresh and delicious. The location is ideal--so easy to get around and so close to Old Town Square and Cloth Market. Thank you to everyone there for making my stay perfect!"
