PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Nestled in the heart of Beachwalk Resort, Cozy’s Corner offers a warm and inviting getaway with great space and easy access to amenities. This charming home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and is located just two blocks from the resort’s heated pool and private Lake Kai. Enjoy the large front porch—complete with a cozy swing, perfect for people-watching—and unwind on the spacious balcony overlooking Beachwalk’s Central Park. End your day gathered around the backyard fire pit or relaxing in the beautifully appointed four-seasons room.

MAIN LIVING SPACE
Step inside to an open-concept living area where the gas fireplace and comfortable seating invite you to relax. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen, featuring counter seating for casual meals. The adjacent four-seasons room provides additional seating, another TV, and access to the outdoor fire pit and seating area. A half bath and laundry room complete the main floor.

LOCATION
Beachwalk Resort sits at the southern tip of Lake Michigan, just 60 miles from downtown Chicago. The resort is directly across from Sheridan Beach—a wide, sandy shoreline perfect for swimming—and offers its own private lake with a family-friendly beach, paddle boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards. Explore nearby Michigan City’s attractions, including the Lighthouse Outlet Mall and Washington Park Zoo, just a mile away, or take a 10-minute drive to the charming beach town of New Buffalo, MI.

Parking is available for 3 cars along the street, with additional overflow parking nearby.
