Enjoy this spacious apartment located at Tides Condominium in Hollywood, an oceanfront, resort-style condominium ideal for vacation rentals.

The apartment consists of one bedroom + den. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin daybeds. There is also a second bathroom and a full-size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements. The dining and living room are integrated into an open-concept space. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a full meal.

The unit is located on the ground floor and features a sliding door in the living room that opens to a private patio.

Washer and dryer facilities are available on every floor and are accessible with a prepaid laundry card.

Tides Condominium offers resort-style amenities, including an oceanfront pool, a gym, a business center, and a café with grocery items available.

Tides charges the following fees, payable to the condominium association:

Skimpy on the supplies

The building and area was lovely. the unit was nice even but what really was all wrong is the host didn't provide face towels or hand towels and just a few large towels - not enough for 3 guests. also, the host didn't provide pillow cases. We had 2 beds and some sofa sleepers but my bed didn't have pillow cases. There was not extra linen to use on the sofa sleepers. No extra pillows. the kitchen supplies were skimpy at best. Since there were no towels it would have been nice to at least have paper towels. The flatware and cookware were also very skimpy. It was a very frustrating that some of these common courtesies were not considered.

Okay but could be better

Registration process was ridiculous. Sent required info and had to resend when trying to get in. $30 Parking fee not listed, $40 fob door fee not listed. $20 car tag deposit. Be prepared they nickle and dime you. Can't get in property til 5 and office closes at 5.??? Clean unit but beware toilet is hung so high you can't touch the floor and seat punches your bum.

The apt was clean, quiet and the location was just what we needed for the trip we were taking. We would stay here again.

Hollywood is great

When we checked in we came directly from the airport. We couldn't get our fobs for access to the pool and exercise room because the office was closed at 5pm. The TV wouldn't work because a defective remote. Also we had trouble using are smartphones in the room. A couple days later the bld. People came and turned our hot water off for a full day. They came and did some plumbing work the next day. I think the manager we were in contact we did a good job addressing all are concerns, he got us a new remote the next morning.

Great location and comfortable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful location, spacious condo, very comfortable beds, and a full kitchen. The beach and grounds are beautiful. Absolutely recommend this condo.
