My stay at the st Regis with my kitten was amazing. We slept so comfortably in our room, BH prime was so yummy Joel was the best with the service he gave us, Jean in Atlantikos took great care of me for breakfast, and Michael in Pool & beach was the best server ever as well with Frantz with boucher brothers that gave me a frame of my kitty & I the st Regis really is the best address I loved it here, will definitely come back again service and staff was incredible. The tranquility pool is the best pool here and all the food so great.

Hotel excellence: management, staff, gelato at check in, room size, room service menu (selection and food quality), housekeeping, proximity to shops, hotel transport to shops. Areas to improve: too much toxic room fragrance used throughout the property!! All four of us (2 rooms) were allergic and had continuous headaches, from the guest rooms (rooms had to be aired out to stay inside) and in the lobby!!

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, but the overall service quality is just average. The bellboy was friendly, but the rest of the staff seemed to provide merely adequate service. They appeared somewhat aloof, as if they were more accustomed to serving old money. I had an unpleasant encounter with a rude individual while waiting for the elevator. Despite being ahead in line, this person aggressively cut in front of us and complained about our speed, although we were waiting for others to exit the elevator first. Initially, I thought this person was a guest, but upon seeing them again in the lobby the next day, I suspected they might be part of the staff. Regarding room and balcony cleanliness, it was passable, though not impressive. However, the view was indeed spectacular. It seems like the hotel might be catering to guests with higher spending expectations.
