The manager with the beautiful eyes was very helpful, the bar staff was very kind, when I was out in the porch area they would come and check on me to see if I needed an additional drink. The staff were friendly. It’s the perfect location, super close to the beach and many restaurants, coffee spots, everything you need. The room set up was a little odd, like a large dresser poorly placed and the closet door that is a mirror in the entrance that will break if someone opens the door with the it open. The bathroom is outdated. But I would definitely stay there again for the location and price.

The staff was super sweet. The room was big enough for all 5 of us. We rented a one-bedroom king. One weird thing, neither TV’s worked. I had requested maintenance but it might have gotten looked over. They only have a few channels to choose from. Not a great selection. The shower was warm, the kitchen was great! Close to a lot of things. The pools were nice. And the restaurant happy hour was a nice touch.

Great location, old building. Things we most noted about the actual hotel: you can’t control the AC temperature in rooms or open any windows. The rooms and lobby have very strong smells (not good). The hotel itself is a pretty old building, so doesn’t feel super updated. Not bad for the price, but probably would stay somewhere else if we go back to South Beach.
