The Space:

PLEASE NOTE: Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. At all other times, guests must maintain reasonable noise levels and be respectful of the residential neighborhood. Noise complaints will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

THE OUTDOOR SPACE



Step outside to your private Miami oasis, where every corner invites relaxation and connection. The saltwater pool is surrounded by lush greenery and four lounge chairs shaded by umbrellas, perfect for long, lazy afternoons. Fire up the grill in the BBQ area — complete with a side burner, fridge, and dining space for 14 guests — and gather for meals that stretch into the evening.



Unwind in the hammock trio beneath the palms, or let the kids explore the playground framed by a tropical art mural.



SUNSET ROOFTOP



Head upstairs to the plant-filled rooftop, designed for yoga at sunrise and outdoor movies under the Miami sky. A cozy fire pit, bar cart, and giant games like chess and Jenga make this the ideal spot to share laughter, watch the sunset, and end each day in style.



INSIDE THE HOME



The open-concept living area is designed for connection and calm. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the pool, filling the space with natural light and tropical warmth. Settle into the plush seating for a movie night on the Smart TV, or unwind while watching the water from inside.



The chef's kitchen blends sleek design with functionality — featuring top-tier stainless-steel appliances, a filtered-water dispenser, coffee maker, kettle, and all essential cookware. Gather for shared meals at the 12-seat dining table, or enjoy breakfast and evening drinks at the kitchen island with seating for 3, so your group of 14 can dine comfortably together.



The moody game room, just off the main living area, offers ping pong, foosball, arcade games, giant Scrabble, and additional board games — perfect for relaxed nights in. Every element was curated to bring people together in an atmosphere of effortless sophistication.



WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP



SuCasa Oasis is a two-story home. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are located upstairs; Bedrooms 4 and 5, along with one bathroom, are on the main floor.



• Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 4): Two queen canopy beds + ensuite bathroom in deep green tones with dual shower heads, a soaking tub, towel warmer, and double vanity + work desk

• Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2): King canopy bed + ensuite bathroom in warm red hues + private rooftop access + work desk

• Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 2): King bed + Smart TV, calming minimalist design

• Bedroom 4 (Sleeps 4): Two full beds + moody black ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower + makeup mirror

• Bedroom 5 (Sleeps 2): King bed + Smart TV, soothing neutral décor



BATHROOMS



5 full bathrooms, each with its own distinctive color palette — from the emerald serenity of the primary suite to the bold, moody tones elsewhere. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, toilet paper, and hair dryers.

• Parking: The driveway accommodates up to 7 cars.

• Family + Laundry Essentials: The home includes a washer and dryer, with detergent and dryer sheets provided. A Pack 'n Play with sheets and a high chair are available upon request.

Guest Access:

The entire home is yours to enjoy — you will not be sharing any spaces with other guests. Pool service takes place every Thursday, and lawn service takes place every other Thursday — the service providers will briefly access the outdoor area on these days.



For housekeeping and owner supplies, two hallway closets and one closet in the room with the two queen beds remain locked. Guests still have access to closet space in that room.



Guests have unlimited access to the backyard, rooftop, and all common areas.



Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

SuCasa Oasis is located just south of Miami Shores, offering a calmer side of Miami while keeping you close to the best of what the city has to offer.



The area is known for its tree-lined streets and relaxed, neighborhood feel, just minutes from Biscayne Bay — a peaceful home base that still puts you close to the action.



Just a short drive away, you'll find the galleries and murals of Wynwood and the Design District, or the mangrove trails of Oleta River State Park for kayaking and biking. Downtown Miami, Brickell, and South Beach are all within easy reach for a day of dining, sightseeing, or sun.



Getting Around:

A car or rideshare is the easiest way to explore Miami from the home.

Other Things to Note:

• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

• QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. At all other times, guests must maintain reasonable noise levels and be respectful of the residential neighborhood. Noise complaints will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

• NO INDOOR SMOKING: Smoking is permitted on the backyard patio only and is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home.

• SMOKING DAMAGE FEE: If a smoke odor is detected inside the home, a $500 smoke-remediation charge will apply, in addition to any extra cleaning costs and the replacement cost of items damaged by smoke. Guests may also be responsible for losses caused to a subsequent reservation if the home cannot be occupied because of smoke odor.

• NO PETS: Pets are not permitted.

• ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE: For reservations with more than 8 guests, a fee of $25 per night applies to each guest beyond the 8th. This fee helps cover the additional supplies provided and extra wear and tear on the home.



Interaction with Guests:

Your stay is completely private, but my wife, Vanessa, and I, your hosts at SuCasa Vacay, are always available if you need us. Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival, and you can reach us throughout your stay with any questions or requests. We speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Vietnamese, and can also assist with other languages using translation tools. Our goal is to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.
