Our large pool is well-maintained and has a safety fence for kids. The pool is not heated, but Florida’s warm weather naturally keeps it in a comfortable and swim-friendly condition year-round.

The garage has been transformed to a game room packed with fun activities for all ages! Enjoy a round of air hockey, test your skills on the dartboard, challenge friends at the pool table, or enjoy the foosball and hanging XOXO game—perfect for endless entertainment during your stay

Bedroom# 1 - Master King Suite:

Each room features brand-new queen-sized beds, and unique decor, guaranteeing a memorable stay for all.

Bedroom# 4 - Bunk bed - kids room:
Perfect for kids or groups, this room sleeps 4 with one bunk bed that has 1 full size bed, 1 twin size bed and 1 full size bed as trundle.


Free Parking:
Maximum of 4 cars, please note that the garage is not accessible to guests. NO STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED ACCORDING TO THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE

Pet fee:
we charge $50 pet fee and maximum of one pet. please note that if any damage occur we will charge the repair/replacement cost from you.

By booking this place guests agrees automatically on below:

- Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the house, so please make sure to provide all guest names prior to check in.

- Quit hours needs to be respected.

- Guests understand and agree that linens, towels, beach towels, are all provided as a courtesy. If any of the items are damaged the guest agrees in advance to pay for each damaged item. This includes missing towels, or damaged and stained towels, linens and chairs.

P.s. pool cleaning & maintenance visits the house every week.
Lawn service visits the house every 2 weeks.

Guest can access all rooms in the house.
- No smoking inside the house.

- Parties are not allowed.

- The City of Miami enforces strict quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (EST),
Our home is equipped with noise sensors to ensure compliance with these rules. These monitors do not record voices or infringe on privacy; they simply measure decibel levels to maintain a serene environment.

- Before check-in, we’ll need the names of all guests, as only those registered will be permitted access to the property.

- Sometimes we have another guest arriving on the same day as your check-out, so we may not be able to offer a late check-out. Our cleaning team will arrive promptly at the scheduled time to prepare for the next guests.

- Miami city has very strict policy regarding street parking, please only park in the parking spaces allowed for the house.

-Pets are welcome, but if any damage occurs, guests will be responsible for covering the repair costs and any potential loss of income from missed bookings. Thank you for helping us maintain the property for all guests!
