The hotel is very beautiful, with modern decor and spacious rooms that are nicely decorated. Everything looks new and is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the air conditioning wasn’t cooling enough. We reported the issue on the first night, but it wasn’t resolved — they gave us a fan for that night. The next day, we were moved to another room, but the AC still didn’t cool properly, even when set to 16°C , the lowest it got was 21°C, which can be uncomfortable in Miami’s hot climate.
That’s the only downside I experienced — everything else was great.
