Review

Great place in central location within walking distance to everything. Not everything was dusted off and clean. Some decorations on shelves and in the kitchen were covered in dust and were on the way. At times it was noisy from neighbors loudly talking outside stating as early as 6:00am. Easy check in the condo suited all our needs nice quiet neighborhood close to everything .

Everything was wonderful although you may need someone to come spray saw a couple of roaches other than that we had a great time.

Nice Place Great Location

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was as advertised. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Great location! It is within minutes from shopping, dining and beach access. My only complaint is there was some price haggling when I initially tried to reserve the room. I was told that it was not available after I completed the booking process and paid the deposit. I was refunded all my money. I looked online 2 days later and noticed the same unit was available but cost a little more. I reserved the room again with no problem. Beware of the price haggling.

Perfect

I would recommend this to anyone attending an event at the Miami Beach convention center. The locations great within walking distance to anything you need.. You can get over to Lincoln Avenue and to shop, eat drink etc. The beach is less than 10 minit easy walk.The host is very responsive and easy to get along with. The place just worked perfect for what I used it for.

I like the convenient access of the property, the condo was great, clean, aesthetically pleasing. Direction and communication was on point. Overall loved the stay and would definitely like to come back next visit!

Good location

Good location but was not aware that the condo was on The 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order it was not a good start to our Honeymoon. We booked three days but was only stayed 1 night due to going up and down steep stairs so many times.

Perfect location for quiet and beach

Everything worked fine. We didn't get a text before arriving but the manager responded on first call and and we had no issues. Parking is a big plus. The condo is small but adequate for two or three. Well appointed with kitchen ware and coffee maker. Balcony an added plus for morning coffee. Choice of restaurants and cafes close by.

Appartement très sympa et bien placé.

Bon séjour, merci à Elania pour son accueil... Appartement sympa, très propre,linge,vaisselle RAS! Juste peut-être le canapé du salon pas hyper pratique ni confortable (pour dormir).. Et 2 e chose: 3 nuits passées au lieu de 9,rapatriement covid 19 oblige... je sais que ce n’est pas une obligation mais aucune réponse du gérant concernant une demande d’indemnisation...nous avons mis beaucoup d’argent dans ce voyage écourté...au moins une réponse et un petit geste aurait été sympa...dommage,encore Merci à Elania.

I ABSOLUTELY loved this unit. I went for my birthday and SuperBowl weekend and enjoyed myself

The property was clean and looked exactly liked the pictures shown. I would stay her again. Although it was not as close to the main sites, it was still with thin walking distance.

As advertised

A very nice little one bedroom just a few blocks from Lincoln Road’s nightlife and squarely between the ocean and the bay. The manager was extremely efficient and gracious. This is a good choice if you want to be away from the craziness of south beach but still want to be close enough to walk around. Will stay again!

Not a $200 night room

Elania, the property manager, was a highlight of our stay. Always available by text the few times I had a question. Not a bad place to stay, but a few more helpful items would have been nice. Soap in the shower, and a decent trial size of shampoo & conditioner; these were sized for a mouse. No washcloths, and only 2 hand towels. The shower was great! The bed/futon? was just ok. No side table or reading lights in bedroom. No reading lights anywhere. No Netflix available. These are simple fixes. But, the location was great, we had parking on site, and it was not too loud considering the location 3 blocks from Lincoln Road.

Perfect!

Nothing short of amazing! The condo was just as pictured, beautiful and well kept. Omar was very prompt with answering all my questions and inquiries, and it was an absolute pleasure meeting with Amarildo. He is very kind, courteous, and helpful. We got in very late but he accommodated to all our needs. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a gorgeous yet cozy place to stay. Can't wait to visit again!

charmant appartement tres bien situé dans MIAMI BEACH

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette appartement le but étant de retrouver notre fille qui était pour un an sur les états unis et passé 15 jours avec elle. Nous voulions retrouver notre intimité familiale et cette appartement nous a permis cela contrairement à un hôtel. Tout est bien pensé tout le linge de maison draps serviette et torchons produit entretien étaient fournis ce qui est bien pratique quand on voyage en avion. l'appartement était très propre, la déco superbe conforme aux photos, de très bon couchage et tout le matériel de cuisine fournis. Sa situation dans MIAMI BEACH est excellente tout près de la plage, du centre, et d'ocean drive(à ne pas manquer le samedi soir)et en prime d'un supermarché. LE GRAND ATOUT UNE PLACE DE PARKING pour notre voiture de location car pour se garer sur MIAMI BEACH tout est payant. L'accueil s'est très bien passé sachant que nous avons été en retard de 2 heures pour sortir de l'aéroport (contrôles)la personne nous a accueillis a 21h au lieu de 19h et avec le sourire. Nous avons visiter toute la Floride de ORLANDO aux KEYS en passant par les EVERGLADES c'est superbe nous recommandons ce voyage et les yeux fermés vous pouvez louer cette appartement. Nous recommanderons à nos amis et aux personnes qui hésitent... Merci encore au propriétaire de nous avoir fait confiance et à la personne qui nous a si bien accueilli Un souvenir inoubliable!!!!! Amazing stay

First off I would say thank you to Elania and Amarildo. Despite my wife having bronchitis issues when we first got to Miami. Our stay was absolutely amazing. The apartment looked just as awesome as it does in pictures. Elania was so helpful, she picked us from the airport and took to get groceries. She was very familiar with everything that was in our area. She even called and checked on my wife to make she was feeling better. I highly recommend anyone staying here. You are right in front of the mall and plenty of restaurants and night life. The clubs were so close that we were able to walk to them. We are already planning our next trip to Miami and are definitely planning on staying here again.

Excellent staying

I stayed at this apartment with my wife from 25th to 31st October 2015. Owner and/or contact person were very kind since first contacts, answering e-mail right away. Apartment itself is exactly what we see at the pictures, very clean, new, up dated style and all kitchen facilities available. Location is amazing, close to everything, markets, restaurants, shops and walking blocks from beach. I certainly recommend it.
