Charming Kendall Home in Miami

Enjoy your very own spacious home in our fully furnished two bedroom with its own bathrooms Apartment located in Shamrock Condominium in Kendall, Miami. Your Miami Home is centrally located near shopping malls, restaurant, hospitals, and golf.

Furnished and decorated with special care for everyone golfers, individual families, relocated executives, business travelers. This Apartment is child-friendly, and feature bed-rail, gate and portable pack & play. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The upstairs master suite features a queen-sized bed. Also upstairs is a suite with two twin beds. On the lower level, the living room with comfortable seating and coffee table. You will also find the guest bathroom and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. The kitchen has a granite counter top and is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove/oven and waste disposal sink. You will find all cookware, bake-ware for a delicious meal. Separately, you will find the dining area with four seating where two more chairs can be added to accommodate up to six guests.

You will love enjoying a leisurely breakfast with the family or friends and also have fun with your kids splashing happily in the pool. No need for the whole family or friends to have 'lights out' at 8 p.m. when the kids go to bed as you would in a hotel. In our apartment you will have privacy and comfort.

Many restaurants and shops are within a mile of the apartment. Groceries, medical clinics, Walmart, and a 24 hour CVS pharmacy are all within minutes. And you can golf at the Calusa Country Club.

We have a local caretaker who will ensure that the home is ready for your arrival and respond to any needs that arise during your stay. And of course, we provide fresh linens and towels, and starter soaps and paper products.

We provide a wireless internet connection, so you can enjoy your vacation instead of waiting for your e-mails to download. Free unlimited local calls.

Shamrock Condominium is a gated garden-style community with electronic access gate and is centrally located it features a pool and Jacuzzi!

Clean, convenient & Safe

Easy check in, everything as advertised. Convenient to highway, shopping, and restaurants. Day trips to the Keys and Flamingo were about 1-2 hours. Only wish the fishing were better for this trip, but that is no reflection on the unit at all. The only downside was the access on foot. We walked to a couple places and the personnel door at the front gate only worked for going out. Followed cars in a couple times on foot. Good thing my wing span is longer than my friend's so I could reach around to hit unlock button from outside.

Lovely stay

Property was well maintained and quiet. We all slept well and would spend the day out and about. Location to the shopping area was perfect. Only downfall was that the hot tub/jacuzzi in the pool area wasn’t much warmer than the pool. I’m guessing it was broken. This is out of the property owners hands, but if the hot tub is important to you just make sure it’s functioning to your desired temp

Teenagers loved the pool

The living room couch was sagging. The stairs were clean but discoloured. The water pressure was poor Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.It was a good location in a gated facility,close to grocery stores and restaurants.The cutlery and plates were minimal and no microwaveable bowls.

Perfect for business travel

This is a great place to stay for business travel. Clean and spacious. Able to cook dinner and breakfast making trip feel like home. There is a sprouts and Flanigans within walking distance so I could avoid driving after work in Miami traffic Will use again

Welcoming Kendall Apartment

We enjoyed our October week in this comfortable, spacious apartment. The well-equipped kitchen, soft towels and linens, quiet, safe neighborhood and easy access all contributed to the comfort of our stay. The pool and spa were welcome on the warm afternoons. Above all, everything was exceptionally clean. Ana Marilu was easy to contact and very helpful. We highly recommend!

Spacious and clean but terrible check in process

Property is spacious and clean and swimming pool, though small, was welcomed by the children. Check in process was terrible. I was told access details would be sent one week beforehand but the first communication was not received until three days before our booking. I then received two communications - one from the owner and one from VRBO but they gave different access codes for the gate. Checked with the owner who confirmed the correct gate access code. Family left my home at 10 am on the first day of the booking, but half an hour later I received a message with a different code for the lock box. Family are from U.K. with U.K. phones so had to make expensive call to give them the correct code. On arrival family found one of the rings on the stove did not work, one of lights in bedroom did not work, and one of the slats in the blind in one bedroom was missing. Owner was prompt to call when notified of these problems but her instructions failed to rectify the problem. Stay was short so no major problem but feel the property needs a little more TLC.

Exceeded Expectations

Worked great for 2 adult couples. The upstairs 2 BR, 2 bath was very nice. 1/2 bath on the 1st floor was a nice surprise. We did cook in, and the kitchen had more than we needed. Nicely decorated and in very good condition overall. We went to the Zoo, Miami beaches, and the Everglades. All were easy to get to, a little farther and more traffic to the beaches. Highly recommend.

Golf Hang out

We were looking for a place to stay that would be close to a Friends home and the Golf Courses of choice. This location gave us that as well as close to Restaurants, and groceries and a Pharmacy. The Town House accommodations were also adequate for our needs.

I would have given a score of 100

Everything was great! Just one issue.. The front door was coded entrance...which barely worked. So when I got back from the event at 12am, It was a mission to open. I tried calling everyone. After 40 mins of punching code in it opened. Then I received a call from owner. Explained situation and frustration. However if they fix that everything else was perfect.

Family Reunion

This was our family's first Vrbo, and let me tell you. The experience was more than expected. We will never stay in another hotel if we can help it. Thank you for changing our minds. The property was excellent, everything about it was definitely home away from home.

Great experience!

Place was very clean and host was easy to communicate with. At first the condo appears small but is actually 2 floors with cute little kitchen and dining area. The bed was amazing. Very comfortable and soft. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, nice, clean and comfortable

The apartment is exactly as listed and as the pictures show, very clean and the complex is very safe and quiet. Communication and owner response is prompt. Very comfortable for my whole family. We enjoyed our stay very much.
