"Just the perfect place to break our journey from the ferry to our home on the Mediterranean. Staff are helpful food is great and the bed so comfortable I sleep for 10 hours."

"Charming property with great charm and character in the middle of a beautiful village. We came for a wedding at the Abbey, which was steps away from the hotel. We had a clean room with a comfortable bed and separate toilet and shower room. Bathroom was basic but clean and the room rates are extremely reasonable, especially considering it was high season. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and we were very glad to have it, as there are not many dining options in Aubazines. We did not try eating at the restaurant on site, as all our dining was with family elsewhere, but be aware that everything is closed on Sunday evenings, save for a pizza can that may show up on the square. There is parking available, but it is hard to find behind the hotel and awkward to access the hotel from, with a lot of rough steps and uneven ground, so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. It was very hot during our stay and old properties like this have no AC. A standing fan was thoughtfully provided and much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area."

"Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances très agréables. Tout était exactement comme nous le recherchions : calme, repos et détente.L’établissement était très propre, et le personnel a été particulièrement gentil, accueillant et toujours disponible tout au long de notre séjour.Le seul petit point à améliorer concerne la carte du restaurant. Pour un séjour de plus d’une semaine, comme cela a été notre cas, le choix est un peu limité avec seulement 3 ou 4 plats principaux. Au bout de quelques jours, on finit par manger souvent la même chose. Un renouvellement de la carte chaque semaine serait un vrai plus pour les vacanciers qui restent longtemps.Dans l’ensemble, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour et recommandons cet établissement."

"Great find in Tulle. Walking distance from anywhere you want to go. Hosts went out of his way to be helpful. Bedrooms were clean, well maintained and so comfortable. I’d go back without hesitation."
