The staff was very nice and lovely. I asked to check in a little early since I had a quinceañera I needed to go to and she was able to get me in 30 minutes early and that was very kind of the room was a perfect size for me, not to small but also not too big. The room look like a modern room with a walk in shower.
I didn't like it because the room didn't have coffee, an iron, or even a small refrigerator. It had a TV that had a lot of trouble picking up channels. That hotel is really lacking a lot. At breakfast, there was a toaster that burned the bread no matter how low I set the toasting time; there were eggshells in the eggs; and only one type of coffee was available. The only person who was very kind was the one who welcomed us upon our arrival
This hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The room was clean and spacious. I stayed on the top floor end of the hall, city view. The main amenity I feel was missing for me was a mini fridge for drinks/ medication that needed to be refrigerated. They do have an ice machine so I made do. The breakfast was okay, definitely something for everyone. They have coffee (no decaf), fruit, cereal, waffles, yogurt station and a few other options. They have communal microwave. The elevators weren’t the best they seemed to be doing maintenance throughout my stay. The parking situation was good but the parking is in. The back and under the building. I would avoid the actual entrance if you have a smaller car it does scrape the bottom depending how heavy the car is. But overall it was a decent stay for the price.
Small rooms but good price.
Breakfast was 10/10 my kids love it!
The only issue we had, they don't have elevator ro the parking lot, so you have to carry your luggage to the lobby.
Clean, staff is friendly and helpfull, good neighborhood, rooms are small but clean and the beds are comfy. HOWEVER, it is right next to a club and/or event center, so if you like to go to sleep before 11pm on a Friday or Saturday night, do not stay here. The venues were so loud that it was shaking my windows on the 4th floor.
We stay at Hotel One often. Things we like...safe parking, clean rooms, very safe area to walk with lots of food and drink options. Things we don't like...on the weekends, there is often a very loud outdoor club and the music goes until almost 4 am.....good luck sleeping in south facing rooms. It amazes me the area businesses don't complain to the city officials.
Everything clean and fuctional, checking in and checking out was easy. The only thing that kinda wish it was different was that the windows were seal and I was not able to open a window or a breather for fresh air, but I know it could be a safety concern about it

Good for one night.
The room was standard, the bed sheets were not soft or very clean. There were stains on the pillowcases. The water pressure in the shower was low too. However, for a quick stay, the price is good and the location too.
Horrible hotel. I’d rather stay in a box under a bridge. The Front Desk staff is rude. The breakfast is equivalent to a homeless shelter. There are so many police eating breakfast, there are not seats for the people staying in the hotel. The hallway smells like a locker room after a hockey match. Disgusting. There is minimal hot water in the shower and it only dribbles out. Not enough to get wet. The sink has no hot water. The thermostat for the air conditioner does not work. I set the thermostat at 25 before I went to bed and I woke up. It was 13.5. Freezing. There’s some type of freaky device with no explanation in the room. I’m not sure if it was recording video or what it was doing. The location is good, but find your box under bridge and you’ll be more comfortable. Don’t waste your time staying at this horrible hotel.
