"It was as cool as any place you stay that was built in the 1300s, plus or minus. Our room oozed of ancient charm while having modern amenities that made it very comfortable. Our host was friendly, helpful, and gracious. He recommended a great local restaurant (with a history going back hundreds of years) and made us a reservation at it. As with any ancient building in France, be ready to carry your luggage up and down some stairs. The property is located a very short walk to a small town which had an excellent farmers market on Saturday and an ancient church which we attended on Sunday."

"Only an overnight stop. Great and secure parking. Easy to get to the tram. Great staff and a good breakfast. Great bed and aircon. Kettle in the room. Bit tired and there is currently a drains issue it seems impacting the smell in the shower room. Everything we needed."

"Room was so much better than we expected as it was a suite with 2 bedrooms rather than 4 beds in one. Made our stay much better. Location was brilliant for walking into the city. Staff were incredibly helpful, letting us put things in the freezer overnight. We only stayed one night to break up a journey south but would definitely recommend."

"A bit tough to get into late. No front desk. Rooms were fine. Not together. Kids down the hall. Breakfast was terrible, but that seems a B&B thing. Been to several. All terrible. "
