Amenities in room. Like shower cap etc. bedding sheets were often off bed in morning as it’s poorly put together. Check-in and out is a long wait.

Seriously don’t bother staying anywhere else. I have traveled all over and this hotel was so clean, helpful, kind service, magazine photo shoot quality breakfast buffet layout (breakfast included), sauna on 8th floor, whole place was fantastic.
