"Staff of hotel and restaurant are exceptionally helpful and pleasant, as well as flexible. The location is also really perfect, with short walks to the river in one direction and all the pubs and restaurants you need in the other. Rooms are very comfortable. The only downside is that one pub under the hotel had loud live music on Saturday night that was very audible in my room. The first night we were in the room turned tv on for a bit the off and went out, came back and tv wouldn’t come on, called desk and guy came up and said cord was too short and came unplugged.
