"The hotel itself is acceptable; however, it is situated in a concerning area. We did not feel comfortable walking with our kids at night. We booked two rooms, and one of them had no electricity when we checked in. It took maintenance over two hours to respond. On our last day, the safe in our room wouldn't open. We called the front desk for assistance, but nobody came for an hour. I had to walk down to the front desk to request help before maintenance finally arrived. The staff did not seem to...

"I absolutely do not recommend staying at this hotel. The street is in a very sketchy area with a lot of homeless. The actual room smelled terrible and there was bed bugs and small spiders crawling on the sheets. We woke up with bites all over our bodies. It was terrible that we decided to go to the airport and sleep there for the night while we waited for our flight in the morning. You are better off at a different place"
