The staff didn't offer any help just watched me walk around in circles up and down different floors. Not one person asked if i needed assistance locating my room or the nearest exit /elevator. Definitely need more attention/staff at the indoor Waterpark. Especially Bathrooms,locker area. This stay ...

When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed and the alternative one listed on the card had no room for us. We had to look for a place for me and my family to stay overnight in another hotel.

We had an amazing time here! The host was very informative and responsive the entire stay. It was unfortunate that the resort stopped selling day passes to the waterpark, but the place was very nice and clean!

I went here for a wedding most likely myself wouldnt book anything here. I had higher hopes. Pictures made it look breath taking but it wasnt.

We loved the free Merrimac Ferry, had a great day at Devils Lake State Park, enjoyed treats from Buttercream Bakery in Lodi.
