Thin walls but wonderful staff overall

Wonderful stay in a great location. Only issue was the walls are thin and we could hear conversations and more from the adjacent room. But overall we enjoyed the stylish and clean apartment, beautiful location, facilities and activities on offer.

Without doubt one of the best stays my little family have had. The grounds were beautiful. We loved waking up to the wildlife every morning. The accommodation and amenities were great too. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful place to stay for the snow. Amenities fantastic. Room was clean, spacious, cozy and had all things required including cookware, drying racks etc. the manager was very helpful when we had to make amendments to our booking. 5/5, would stay again.

Rooms have had a fairly recent renovation, however saying that we thought the appearance of ours was quite dated. Nice, but definitely stayed at much better places for the same value.

Our chalet was lovely the kids loved the wildlife neighbours. We found the food at the restaurant a bit disappointing for the prices. The mini golf was great. We’d definitely return to the Chalet again and bring our own foods.

I do meditation every day morning. While i was doing meditation today mourning, i found extra level of energy as i was doing meditation with kangaroo and other wild lives. Great experience and definitely come back again.

The scenery was lovely and the staff were courteous. Rooms were spacious and warm. Pool was closed, and game room requires coins they should have pay wave functions or should be able to cash out at the bar. Restaurant/bar/common room was he best with a great vibe fit for relaxation after a day on the slopes

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm & friendly service that continued throughout our entire stay. The resort's facilities & grounds were excellent. The restaurant served meals of a high quality, making every dining experience enjoyable - including breakfast. The service was impeccable, with staff always attentive & eager to assist with any requests. The rooms were exceptionally clean & well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment to relax in. The attention to detail in every aspect of the resort made our stay truly memorable. Overall, I could not fault the Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort.
