Excellent location and views

These apartments are in a beautiful location overlooking Lake Merimbula, but also onlya 5 min walk to the main beach. It is in a quiet area which consists of mainly low rise apartment blocks. The apartment was in excellent condition and of a good size. Large living area with 40" tv. The kitchen was well equipped with cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and all crockery pots. Only criticism was with the oven which had an open element at the bottom which resulted in burnt pizza bases. Good bathroom with large jacuzzi corner bath and shower over it. (Apparently they are being refurbished soon) Also in bathroom a washer and dryer. Large balcony overlooking lake. The town is walkable from apartment or 2 minutes in car. The definite plus for these apartments is location and views.

A Fantastic Spot !

Arrived to an immaculate apartment and resort. Ben & Kim very friendly caretakers. Great size apartment with comfortable balcony. Everything you need in the kitchen and all laundry needs taken care of. Great walks to the main beach and inlet also. Coffee pop up at the Wharf 2 minutes walk away. Beautiful to look over to the lights of Merimbula at night. Will be back !

Immaculately clean and tidy flat with everything you need, plus a great view out over the oyster leases of the creek to Merimbula. Main beach is only metres away.

Quite and lovely stay.

These apartments are very well-located and also well appointed. We had an upstairs 2 bedroom apartment that had a balcony overlooking the river for 6 nights. Just lovely. This is the quiet side of Merimbula to stay, but so close to walk to the beach, riverside and to local cafe, park and Fish and Chip shop. Cranky's Cafe is a very easy walk and good for breakfast and lunch. The 3 service Clubs run courtesy buses as well to take you into town if you wish. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and plenty of good cookware and crockery. Full size fridge. We cooked in each night, using the double barbeque area downstairs near the pool. Washing machine and dryer were great. Line downstairs could be used too. Two bathrooms. Bed was comfortable. Air con just in lounge room. Main bedroom and lounge had ceiling fans. Second bedroom has no ceiling fan and was hot. Well worth staying there. Ground floor would be most suitable for any mobility issues.

Spacious appartment with excellent views.

We didn’t like Merimbula very much so it was nice to stay in a good accommodation. Plenty of space and extremely clean.

Perfect Location

Beautiful, comfortable, clean and modern. Great views over the lake - you can walk to everywhere! Managers are excellent and the gardens, pool and apartments are immaculate. Parking area is tiny especially for bigger cars but plenty of street parking available. Highly recommend a stay here!
