The staff was responsive, helpful, and friendly. I felt that they cared about our stay. Our room was humid but cool and it had a musty smell that we resolved with air freshener.

Not sure this hotel is an 8 rating! The staff was welcoming and helpful when we got locked out of the bathroom after the door was shut (we did not push the lock button). The bedroom and bathroom floors looked like they had not been vaccumed. There was no soap in the bathroom. The telephone cord was broke so we had to walk downstairs to ask for assistance. When we took our luggage to our car in the morning and then headed back in for breakfast, the front doors weren't working! The public toilet on the first floor was clogged up. All in all, a 3rd rate hotel or below. Wouldn't recommend!

Staff was very helpful and nice but this shouldn't be a 8+ rated hotel, 6 at best! The ceiling texture had fallen in the floor from water damage and 1 of the entry lights was out. The room also smelled musty.

Popcorn was raining from the ceiling throughout the night. There was mold on the ceiling as well, which explained the smell of our room when we first arrived. The staff was nice, but since we were a "third party customer" they couldn't do anything without management, but no management was available. Couldn't connect to wifi, it just kept asking me to create an account, so I created an account, but then it still wouldn't connect. Overall, bad experience. Staff was kind and breakfast was ok, but the lodging part, the part we needed to be good, was not.

Nice room, clean and tidy. We teaveled with actruck and small trailer, the parking lot was able to fit us. But only because we were early. There are only one or 2 spots for a trailer, so plan accordingly.
