It's located in the historic center of the city, very close to the "plaza grande", major markets, and museums. Also is well conected through the Va y Ven public transportartion system to the north of the city, airport, and Tren Maya stations.

The location is excellent and within walking distance to various attractions such as markets, restaurants, bakeries, and shops. The staff is friendly and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate guests. The hotel is somewhat outdated with no safe, microwave, or hair dryer, but if you're okay without these amenities, the stay is quite great.

A sweet colonial hotel across from Parque S. Lucia! Nice pool area, convenient to everything, rooms kept clean, personable staff. However, our room #102 was in a noisy location, near lobby and everyone leaving for excursions and airport all hours. Ask for a room by pool or upper floor.
