Extremely dirty, no solution from the front desk. Some maintenance problems in rooms (leaks, paint) Loud karaoke next door until midnight. Convenient location. I would not stay there again even if the price is good.

This hotel is not as represented by the pictures on Expedia. All of the equipment in the gym was nonfunctional, some in pieces on the floor. The curtains in my room had hiles in them, and we're falling off the rods. The elevator did not work for my entire stay, and staff informed me that it had not worked for a long time. Some of the room numbers on the doors we're falling off. The walls in my room had foot prints on them. This hotel needs to be demolished or complete gutted.

Demanded bribe / hidden fee

The hotel lacks a good conduct of hospitality and service. The problems started with check in. The front desk attendant would not admit us at check in time. Her reasoning was that the 2 double bed room was booked under my name and not for a second adult. The hotel rules clearly state “Base rate is for 2 guests”. The attendant demanded an extra charge or a bribe to allow both of us to use the 2 double beds. I contacted hotels.com and they made several unsuccessful attempts in several hours to contact the property. I was left without the room I paid for because the hotel would not honor the written rules of their own agreement. Do not book. Hotel Embajadores does not make their guests feel welcome.

Me hospedé 2 noches, desde que llegamos el trato fue amable, sin embargo no se me entregó el control de la TV, (iba con una niña) el cual se les solito en varias ocasiones en una se nos proporcionó pero sin baterías , se les hizo la observación y dijeron q lo arreglarían sin embargo el control nunca llegó, aunado a eso se procedió a limpiar la habitación y la señora no retiró la basura se tuvo que solicitar fuera retirada, así mismo nos abrieron la puerta por un empleado porq según habíamos reportado el aire sin ser cierto, y empleado no tocó la puerta para asegurarse que no había nadie solo fue abierta . El aire acondicionado en óptimas condiciones . El estacionamiento si un poco incómodo sin embargo te lo solucionan.

Hotel en plena remodelación, solo sirve un contacto eléctrico, el internet terrible, el aire acondicionado apenas funciona, la alberca bien, recepción bien, muy cerca del centro, opciones fuera del hotel para comer ya que no cuenta con restaurant, ni cafetería.

Pésimo servicio

Nos tuvieron 3 horas en recepción por qué argumentaron que la tarifa que nos daba la aplicación por la que reservamos no era la correcta nos cargaron casi 3 mil pesos de más, la actitud del personal fue grosera todo el tiempo, en el tiempo que estuvimos en recepción varios huéspedes se quejaron de la atención y fallas del aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, por la hora que ya era tarde y por no tener que salir a buscar otro hotel accedimos a pagar más y tuvimos que permanecer ahí las 10 noches.

Si es solo para dormir, está bien. Nos entregaron tarde las habitaciones, separadas (era viaje familiar), pese a que avisamos no nos dejaron lugar en el estacionamiento. Las instalaciones algunas tienen manchas de humedad. En lo positivo, el aire acondicionado está muy bien y la alberca es pequeña pero bonita
