The Chambermaid made a very early noise around 9 AM with vacum cleaner infront or outside my room but at the end of the day my room forgot to clean or they didn’t clean intentionally..

Situation idéale.

Hôtel situé en face de la gare, idéal pour voyager avec Ticino Ticket. Les chambres sont lumineuses, le mobilier moderne et fonctionnel, la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est correct et le restaurant attenant est excellent. Le personnel est acceuillant. Séjour parfait.

Alles Gut.

War eine Nacht dort und dafür ist es ganz in Ordnung. Im Hotel selbst gibt es eine ausgezeichnete Pizzeria. Das Zimmer selber war ein bisschen leblos.

I did not expect to find such quality in an "Albergo" with 3 Stars. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Wow. Clean rooms, newly renovated. Absolutely recommended. Very convenient to find a restaurant and a bar in the same building. Hve eaten a great Pizza there. A grat stay.

Great location but quiet

Clean and recently refurbished. Great location next to the station but there is absolutely no noise from the trains or traffic in the rooms! Breakfast (costs 15 CHF per adult) was good, too.

Week-end au Milano

L'hôtel est très bien situé en face de la gare, cela ne dérange pas avec le bruit des des trains. Propre et sympathique. Notre eul problème a été que l'hôtel n'accepte pas les règlements par REKA, ni chèques, ni carte ! Pourtant, lors de notre réservation, nous avions bien spécifié que nous paierions par chèques REKA ! Dommage. A part cela, mais c'est un détail, dans les toilettes de la chambre 612, la position de dévideur de papier WC est très mal placé, dans le dos de l'utilisateur. Mais dans l'ensemble, très bonne impression.

Sehr schönes, modernes und grosses Zimmer. Wir hatten genügend Platz und alles war sauber. Zudem konnten wir auch früher einchecken, was wir sehr nett vom Personal fanden. Hotel ist gerade beim Bahnhof - sehr zentral gelegen.

Preis Leistung sehr gut

Leider ab 23-6 Uhr niemand am Empfang . Tiefgarage sehr gut . Sehr freundliches Personal , konnte mir meinen Kaffee schon um 6 Uhr holen obwohl der Frühstücks Raum ab 7 Uhr geöffnet. Hotel gegenüber vom Bahnhof ! Klasse für Zugreisende .ins Outlet 10 Minuten zu Fuß . Zimmer neu renoviert und sehr modern .Klasse !
