Clean, comfortable though a bit hot in room open windows and closed shutters worked great for the night. Ate breakfast, nice selection also provided gluten free alternatives. Dinner service looked good, a lot of locals that is always a good sign. Service personnel spoke several languages which is great.

The staff was stellar, incredibly accommodating even when we were the only guests left in the hotel. They were super kind and friendly even with a language barrier. The property itself is slightly outdated and the room was cramped for thee but overall it has its own charm. The location is beautiful and convenient. Recommend packing luggage you can carry up stairs. Really cozy and good place.

I was stopping overnight to break a journey, and it was fine for that. Comfy bed and the owners were friendly and welcoming. But the room was too warm and I couldn't have the window open (at least to start with) because there was a very noisy fan just below my room.
