"Our stay at the Bamboo Hotel was truly wonderful. The grounds are absolutely stunning, and the unique architectural design—where you can gaze out at the ocean as if it’s a living, breathing TV screen—is incredibly relaxing.

"Nice if you like solitude and being in nature, and don't mind "rustic". Big open air villas surrounded by trees (even a few baobabs), which are frequent by monkeys (including red colobus). Not so nice if you are used to excellence and attention to detail in everything. Resort is in need of TLC at a minimum or renovation at a maximum to make it worth the price. All of the cushions are either worn out or torn with the cotton pocking out or zippers not closing... I would not recommend booking any...

"Reception was very helpful. He secured a moped rental, currency, and anything we needed for our room very promptly. Rooms are nice, the resort has lots of areas to relax: balcony on your room, pool, restaurant area, and upstairs from the restaurant as well as the beach. Staff were all efficient and friendly. "This is a friendly small property with just 10 bungalows in a horse shoe shape around the pool and looking out onto the beach. Perfect for relaxing. Rooms were cleaned daily and were comfortable with good amenities.
All of the staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. There are places to eat close by and a few local shops. I would definitely recommend nur beach and would stsy there again."
