Our apartment "Valentin" consists of a spacious living room with pull-out double bed, a double bedroom which is separated by a sliding door from the living room, a kitchenette, corner seat, satellite TV, Internet access (free WiFi), shower, WC a balcony with stunning views in the south of South Tyrol and the surrounding mountains (equipped with sun loungers, parasol and dining table). Towels, bed linen, dishes and tea towels are provided and are inclusive.





Kitchenette with fridge and integrated freezer, two burners, extractor hood including all cooking utensils, dishes, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee and espresso machine.





Short description
Welcome! Our house Tratter is located in the heart of South Tyrol. The very sunny village of Schlaneid / Mölten is located on a plateau between Bolzano and Merano (both towns within a 20-minute drive) at 1130m above sea level. Holidays in Mölten means: hiking paradise, mountains, alpine meadows, beautiful panorama, mountain farmers, tradition, customs, Haflinger horses, mountain bike tours, cultural and shopping trips to Bolzano and Merano u. V. M. Grocery and bus stop are in the immediate vicinity. We offer children a playground directly at the house with table tennis and table football, swing and sandpit.
Upon request, we also offer breakfast and the possibility of a delicious dinner in our family-owned guesthouse (300mt away).





dogs
Holiday for master / owner and dog, this is our motto in the apartment house Tratter. Here, two- and four-legged friends can recover well from everyday stress and spend time together for relaxation.





For the additional cleaning costs, we charge Euro 4.- per dog per day (without meals).

Internet: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
Parking: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
Electricity: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
