"Check in was easy the staff was nice …however when I checked out the front desk lady was not courtesy at all no manners"

I made reservations a month before for a king room and everything said I was getting a king room even my check in online when I stopped to get my keys there's no king rooms. They won't give me a discount cause they gave my room away. The breakfast was sparse. The room was dark and scary with mold and a cracked sink"

"Alright hotel, like to book home2 suites because they are usually new hotel but this one isn’t. The bathroom door kept closing on its own, our kitchen faucet was barely dripping, the tv was old. There was rust in the shower and barely any pressure. There was barely any mini size items for the bathroom (lotion, soap, etc.). Bed was comfy, breakfast had a good selection and close to everything"
