A Home Away From Home:

Step into a world of comfort and style as you enter our beautifully appointed holiday house. With 4 spacious bedrooms, there's ample room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. The plush beds ensure a restful night's sleep, while the ceiling fans add a touch of cool comfort during balmy evenings.

Fun-Filled Entertainment:
Excitement and laughter await you! The array of entertainment options will keep guests of all ages entertained. Challenge your friends and family to thrilling matches on the pool, table tennis, or foosball. Sports enthusiasts can catch the game on the smart TV in the pool room, while the kids can watch a movie in the family room.

A Chef's Delight:
The heart of our holiday house is the open-plan central living space which is fabulous for entertaining which also contains a large air conditioning unit.
The kitchen has a commercial sized gas stove, large island bench and comes fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a coffee pod machine, making cooking a breeze. The spacious dining table seats 10 guests comfortably. While the lounge area with large smart TV, opens out through sliding doors to the alfresco space.

Bedrooms:
There are 4 bedrooms in total and two bathrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen (with ensuite)
Bedroom 2: Queen
Bedroom 3: Queen
Bedroom 4: 2 x bunk beds (4 single beds in total)

*Please note that there is a port a cot available and a highchair that clicks onto the bench or table.
You will need to bring linen for the cot if you are using during your stay.

For wine enthusiasts, Peninsula's Wineries are just a short drive away, offering a tantalizing array of world-class wines and of course, we have world class golf courses such as Peppers Moonah Links and The National at our doorstep as well.

Beach holiday escape

The house was so well set up and comfortable for our two families to be able to spread out. Everyone enjoyed using the pool table, tennis table and foosball. The beds were super comfortable with quality linen. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms and air conditioning in the living area meant we were comfortable in the warmer weather. Guest wifi and the coffee machine were an added bonus. Michelle, our host, was very responsive which made our arrival very easy. Highly recommend a stay at this property.
