This was our second stay at this hotel. We love the location and the charm of the 1912 building. The rooms are sensitivity renovated and although small, are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is nice, too. Im aure well be back!

I love art deco, and this hotel provided not only the architecture but also the mood of an 1930s hotel. The room was nice and the amenities were all fine. And the location was also excellent. The Tram stop was literally outside an the main streets less than 100m away. Perfect.

Thank you for the lovely warm welcome when we arrived. We had a great overnight stay. The hotel is just beautiful. Our room was exceptionally clean, the towels were nice and thick and the bed - so so comfortable. Loved the premium selection of teas - thank you!! Breakfast was very good. The car parking was very convenient to the hotel, a little tight, but manageable. We are staying again later in the year and looking forward to it.

Hotel location was great, next to tram station to the Australian Open. Room was large with two sink vanities and an extra living room. Nightly cocktails was nice. But housekeeping was poor: shower gel dispenser in shower was empty, no tissues and toilet was leaking and, despite reporting it twice, was not fixed. Breakfast buffet was weak also.
